How do I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change and you might need to cancel your Urban Swan experience. Please complete the following form if you wish to do so. A member of our team will reach out to you in the next 24 hours with confirmation. If you have contacted us outside of our business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm), your request will be assessed when we are back online and confirmation of your cancellation will only be provided then. All cancellation requests are subject to our refund policy and may incur additional fees.
