How many times can I reschedule my booking?

We can accommodate one rescheduling request free of charge, provided that the merchant has availability for another date and you've provided us with more than 48 hours notice. Rescheduling a booking without suitable cause within 48 hours is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Any subsequent rescheduling will incur the full fee of the experience.
