What happens if a host cancels my booking?

Experiences can be cancelled by hosts due to a number of unforeseeable circumstances. In any case, we’ve got you covered. If an experience is cancelled or rescheduled, you’ll be offered a place at a rescheduled time up to the value of your original booking. If you’re not able to attend a rescheduled event or it is cancelled outright, we will ensure you get a full refund.
