How do I reschedule my booking?

We understand that plans can change and you might need to reschedule your Urban Swan experience. Please complete the following form if you wish to do so. A member of our team will reach out in the next 24 hours to assist with your request. If you have contacted us outside of our business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm), your requests will be assessed when we are back online and therefore your change of booking request is not guaranteed. All rescheduling requests are subject to our Refund Policy and may incur additional fees.
